Terms of Service

1. The Service and Your Account

These terms cover TeachersBoost, the independent seller-tool service at teachersboost.com, operated by Teacher Preps LLC. Contact us at teachersboost@gmail.com. Our mailing and support address is 605 West 9th Street, Unit #1001, Austin, TX 78701, United States.

Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials private. You must be able to enter a binding agreement to purchase the service.

The common offering includes keyword research, competition information, competing-product links, related variations, saved keywords, Shop Audit, Product Optimizer, Title Generator, and Description Writer, plus other tools offered within this service. All payment options receive the same feature access. We do not guarantee marketplace rankings, traffic, or sales.

2. Prices, Renewals, and Cancellation

New purchases are $14.99 per month, $99 per year charged annually, or $299 once for Lifetime when available, in US dollars. Any applicable taxes, discounts, charge amount, and payment schedule are shown at checkout. Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the agreed recurring price until cancelled. A discount applies only for the duration stated at purchase.

Existing active subscribers keep their current recurring prices initially and receive the common feature access. The new price list does not itself change their billing. Any future price change requires advance notice and any consent required by applicable law.

Cancel recurring billing in My Account / Settings before the next renewal, or contact support if you cannot complete cancellation. Access continues through the paid period. Cancellation alone does not delete saved work. Lifetime has no recurring charge. Payment must be verified before access is granted; an unsuccessful payment does not buy a new period. If renewal remains unpaid after the paid period, access may be restricted. Check Settings or contact support for your actual status.

3. Lifetime and the Founding Offer

Lifetime means access for the operating lifetime of the covered TeachersBoost seller-tool service, not the lifetime of the purchaser. The one-time purchase covers the common feature offering and updates within that service. It does not promise perpetual operation, every future unrelated product, or uninterrupted availability of a particular third-party data source.

The founding offer initially has a maximum of 100 purchases. The offer shown at purchase and availability confirmed at checkout apply. Any subsequent extension must be described accurately. Viewing the offer does not reserve access.

A sale, change of owner, or transfer of TeachersBoost alone does not terminate Lifetime access. We will seek continuation of the purchased access with a successor. Renaming the covered service alone does not end that commitment.

4. Unlimited Use and Fair Use

Paid access includes unlimited normal interactive use by one seller for their own work, with no monthly credits. Automated or bulk requests, bots, shared accounts, resale of access, and attempts to evade protections are prohibited. Do not submit unlawful content, other people's confidential information, student records, or content you lack permission to process.

Request pacing, limits on simultaneous jobs and input size, timeouts, and temporary safety or cost stops protect availability. These protections may delay or temporarily prevent requests. We will explain restrictions where practical and help resolve repeated interruptions to ordinary use. Fair use does not give us permission to arbitrarily replace the purchased offering with undisclosed monthly credits.

5. Refund Requests and Consumer Rights

Refund requests are reviewed individually at our discretion, except where a refund or another remedy is required by law. Cancellation does not automatically refund unused subscription time. We do not offer a blanket money-back guarantee. For a billing mistake, duplicate payment, unavailable service, or other concern, contact support with your account email and receipt reference.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered services. Starting to use the service does not by itself waive those rights. Any legally required consent to immediate performance or acknowledgement about withdrawal rights must be obtained separately where applicable.

6. Changes, Discontinuation, and Closure

We may maintain, improve, or replace features, but will give meaningful advance notice by account email or in the service of a material reduction to the covered offering. We will explain the impact and available options. Changes do not remove remedies you have under applicable law or silently rewrite a completed Lifetime purchase.

If we plan to close the covered service permanently, we will provide advance notice with the expected closure date, stop future recurring charges for periods after closure, and provide reasonable assistance obtaining a copy of saved work that we hold. Where reasonably possible, we aim to give at least 30 days' notice and an opportunity to request export before closure. An urgent legal, security, or insolvency situation may limit the notice or assistance possible; we will communicate as soon as reasonably practicable.

We will explain any refund or other remedy available in the circumstances, including mandatory remedies. Closure is not an automatic promise of a full purchase-price refund, nor does this clause permit us to disregard a refund required by law.

7. Your Content, AI, and Data Accuracy

You retain your rights in content you supply and allow us and the providers described in Privacy to process it to deliver the service. Review generated titles, descriptions, audits, and standards suggestions before publication. Verify included resources, educational alignment, factual claims, and intellectual property. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output for others; we cannot promise exclusive rights to it.

TpT results can be incomplete, cached, or changed by the marketplace. Competition scores summarize matching listing counts, not buyer demand, search volume, ranking probability, or profitability. TeachersBoost search-activity counts describe activity within this service only. An IP or "TpT Safe" indicator is an informational flag, not legal advice or a guarantee of clearance. Seek qualified advice where needed.

8. Referral Program

An eligible referral earns 30% of the referred customer's first settled payment only, calculated on the actual amount paid after discounts and excluding tax. Amounts are rounded to the nearest cent. Full-price examples are $4.50 for Monthly, $29.70 for Annual, and $89.70 for Lifetime. Renewals, later purchases, and self-referrals do not earn a new commission. Duplicate or fraudulent attribution is ineligible.

Refunds reduce commissions in proportion to the refunded commissionable amount. Disputed payments may be held while reviewed and reversed if the payment is lost. A reversal after payout may be offset against future earnings; contact support to review an adjustment. Existing legitimate referrals and earned commissions remain recorded.

Payouts are reviewed and processed manually via PayPal. Pending earnings are subject to payment settlement, refund and dispute review, and correct payout details. There is no guaranteed first-of-month payout date. Contact support for payout status. A saved PayPal email is not proof that PayPal has verified that account.

Clearly disclose your financial relationship beside a referral recommendation or link, for example: "I may earn a commission if you purchase TeachersBoost through this link." Make honest claims based on your experience, follow the rules of the community where you share, and do not spam, impersonate TeachersBoost, or promise guaranteed income.

9. Suspension and Responsibility

We may restrict accounts for material violations, fraud, or security risks. Where practical, we will explain why and offer a chance to resolve the problem; immediate action may be necessary to protect others. Contact support to request review. Suspension does not automatically forfeit statutory refund or other rights.

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care. Tools support your decisions and cannot guarantee business results or uninterrupted third-party services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. No exclusion limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for fraud or mandatory consumer protections.

10. Independence and Policy Updates

TeachersBoost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Teachers Pay Teachers. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. Their services and terms remain separate from ours.

We will date updates to these terms and give meaningful notice of material changes, obtaining consent where required. Mandatory protections applicable to you continue to apply. For questions or a complaint, contact support. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.
